Is this a decent meal for my 11 month old? What else do I need?

For lunch he had a piece of whole wheat bread with cheddar cheese melted on top. I just used some PAM and heated it in a pan until the cheese melted and the bottom was toasty. He also had steamed frozen veggies-peas, carrots, corn, and green beans. He really ate mostly carrots and peas, and just a few green beans and corn. Then he had apple juice mixed with water to drink. Is this a good meal for him? Is it rounded enough that I can give it to him often? What things do I need to make sure he gets throughout the rest of the day to make sure he is getting what he needs? Any good suggestions for healthy yummy meals for him?

Take about five at a time and when you can accurately identify, take a different five. As you build up your ability to accurately identify with speed, shuffle them together and continue. I'm trying to figure out a side veggie to make with my crockpot chicken.?

Chicken, rice and noodles are all pretty colorless, so a nice vegetable medley, as someone else suggested, or any bright vegetable that your family likes would be nice to round out the meal and give it some color. Asparagus, broccoli, green beans, spinach, tossed salad with tomatoes, yams, winter squash or cooked carrots would all add some nice color to the meal, and some of those vegetables could even be dressed up with a little cheese or your favorite sauce. Personally, I always like to have at least one green vegetable with my meals, so I would probably choose something green or go with a medley.

Why does my friend think she's the only one who wants a husband?

My friend describes me as a 'true' friend, which I have to agree. I don't describe her as one though, I'm afraid. She keeps going on about not having a husband and how much she wants . I'm 1� years older than her and I too would love a husband, but I 'restrain' myself from boring/harping on about it to people. I don't believe it's fair. Anyway, each time she rings me she says the same thing over and over.
