Svr 08 gm mode 100% with contracts not expired and mr mcmahon not in hall of fame?

i got smackdown vs raw 2008 for ps3 gm mode and i got it up to a 100% and the superstars are still released but i cant get mr mcmahon in the hall of fame. i heard the people get the gm of the year award while in summerslam but i tried that and it didnt work plz help!!!!
