Their is this tiny little runt on my bus who keeps annoying me...?

well.......when i get annoyed i just say moo like a cow but if he keeps annoying you just yell at him in a high voice.if he still annoys you wack him on th top of the head.if he tattle tails on you when you wack him just say to how ever he tells that he is annoying you.you wont get i alot of trouble.i did it ad te person stopped and never talked to me again. good luck 100%
