Is this a decent meal for my 11 month old? What else do I need?
For lunch he had a piece of whole wheat bread with cheddar cheese melted on top. I just used some PAM and heated it in a pan until the cheese melted and the bottom was toasty. He also had steamed frozen veggies-peas, carrots, corn, and green beans. He really ate mostly carrots and peas, and just a few green beans and corn. Then he had apple juice mixed with water to drink. Is this a good meal for him? Is it rounded enough that I can give it to him often? What things do I need to make sure he gets throughout the rest of the day to make sure he is getting what he needs? Any good suggestions for healthy yummy meals for him?
