10 week old colicky? need help new mom?

Hi. My baby is 10 weeks old. In the evening he screams from about 6-9 and is inconsolable. He has been to the dr, she said sounds like colic, which there there is nothing you can do for that, and he was also found to have bad reflux issues and a stomach that is very slow draining. So he is on prevacid has been for 2 weeks, and we were told to feed less more often. He was fussing after every feeding of 2.5 ozs every 2-3 hours. Back to dr, saw a different doc this time, he said we were over feeding him. Instructed to feed him 3oz every 4 hours, no matter what crying or cues he gives. Have been doing this for a week, he seems pretty unhappy the last hour before eating and again every evening. He only gets one nap a day for more than an hour. I try and lay him down again but he wakes up after 30 mins. Our bedtime routine usually starts around 8pm. we bathe him, feed him, then we have to sit him upright for about 20-30 mins so his food can settle then off to bed by 9-930pm. Then he sleeps til 3 or so, feeds, then up around 6-7. So I guess I cant complain about the night time. But the crying is getting unbearable. I guess what im lookin for is nap help suggestions and have you guys heard of similar feeding schedules? I have many differing theories every day as I try and find solutions to these issues but one of my guesses is that he is over tired and thats why hes fussy. Also have considered that when I feed hes not gettin enough so he fusses more afterward. Going to try and bottle feed him for 24hrs 3oz every 4 hours to see if that changes anything. AHHHHHHHHH! HELP , and thanks for any responses.
