Can you be billed by kaiser for your copay?

Iv been to the doctors 2 times in the past week and have paid my copay which is $20. Now I have to go again to. I know 20 is not alot but I dont have a job so 20 is alot to me. So dose anyone know if kaiser will bill me for.my copay? Its kaiser northern cali if that matters.
