Cleaned my computer screen. ASAP!?

So I cleaned my cleaned my computer screen with Windex, and I turned it on tonight, (I cleaned it in the morning), and now there are two spots behind the screen. The comp. works, and everything is fine and dandy, but I want to get rid of the spots. HOW DO I DO THAT. BTW, I'm 13, so please don't make it complicated. Thanks!
