Forget about dinosaurs, how do creationists explain Pokemon?

I have already asked this question under "zoology," but some people said that was the wrong place, so I am moving it. I am an avid Pokemon player and spend at least 4 hours a day training. However, I am a little worried right now: my mom told me that evolution is an Atheist lie, and that God created everything. Needless to say, this was upsetting because I don't want God to take credit for my achievements. When I hand my Pikachu a thunder stone, did I evolve it or did God do it for me? Was Darwin a Pokemon master? Can you guys help me with this?
