Help! What old TV series - episode with psychic kids with dark eyebrows?

This was at least 40 years old; I'm pretty sure it was not "Twilight Zone" and I've skimmed thru imdb listings for "Alfred Hitch Presents", "Night Gallery" and no luck. Please help!! ^_^
