How can i add a SECURE "shopping cart" on my simple html (frontpage) website and link it with Paypal payments?

My page is very simple (HTML) and crated only with MS Frontpage, and i want to add a shopping cart which will be very secure and cannot be hacked easily (or at all) but the shopping cart ot be linked with Paypal (mainly) so people can pay through Paypal, but if it can work with Visa, Mastercard (etc) also, then it would be also a vey good thing for me. But for sure i need to be SECURE (of course). Could you know the way to achieve that? Thank you! :)
