How long does it take for a child support order to process in CA?

Hi, Im 20 years old and pregnant with my second child, people go ahead and think what you wanna, but I've been with the father of my child since I was 16 and we were very much in love. He recently joined the ARMY and kinda forgot all about me and our kids after he met another girl while in AIT. I have never been a fan of child support cases as long as the no custodial partner is trying to do something, but obviously at 20 its hard to take care of two kids all by myself. I just wanted to know if anybody had any info on how long it will take to process, I've turned in all doents they needed, Im just curious.
