I have a boyfriend problem. I need help please!?

It all started 3 days ago when he told me he was going to back to the office and would be back around 12. When he returned he smelled of fish and had a small red stain on his shirt. I would of asked why but I was too tired. When I woke up the next morning I was naked and he was gone. I went to our closet to get some clothes but in the sock drawer I found a can of nails, a hammer, and blueprints for what seemed to be a rocket ship. He always had a fascination with outer space. I called him on his work phone and he didn't pick up. The voice mail scared me to pieces. The voice claimed to be my boyfriend but sounded dark and raspy contrary to his normal angelic tone. So I called his cell and someone picked up. Not my boyfriend but another woman. I think he might be planning on proposing. Should I say yes?
