What is the name of this PS1 puzzle game?

My memories are a little vague, but I remember walking around on green wire-frame platforms in otherwise complete darkness, and you had an ortment of futuristic weapons and gadgets, I remember a manually controlled rocket launcher. And there were guards to take out. I'm sorry that's all I can come up with, but i appreciate any help. thanks!
