Why do think people attempted to avoid me at school?

Some people don't wanna hang out or talk to me because I'm a learning disabled student. I annoy the hell outta people in the past and in high school. Like I ask them a question and they don't answer me right away, I kept bugging them and bugging them until they answered me in a snappy way. They NEVER invite me to parties, outings or nothing! I see pictures of people and their friends and I was heartbroken because they had a fantastic time and they didn't invite me! Even my friends Im really close to didn't ask me if I wanted to go because I was annoying to them. It hurt me so bad! I never had any true friends at all! Do they hate me? Iv
