Bandos vs torags what do i go for?

ok im in the middle of saving for full bandos and i realise torags has liek a 60+ def bonus in everything which i think is a little stuped i have a chaotic rapier and d defender im going for chaotic kite soon and anyways im 85 str 83 att 81 def and yeh so i dont think bandos is worth it anymore but i dont know so what should i do im also not to keen on spending my bank on armour especially if i dont like it so what should i do right now im thinking torags is the way to go but idk help plz
