Need suggestion for a red leaf dwarf tree (not red maple and not more that 7' long and 5' wide).?

Like to plant this tree on an island kind of a setup, higher ground with background of green shrubs. It gets full-sun and west wind. Dwarf and drafted trees are preferred with red leaf. Also the ground has ground-covering, thus, red leaf tree with minimal flowers and/or fruits is desirable.
