My 7 mo old has not been sleeping thru the night anymore,has a rash on his cheeks& acts like he has colic.??

He is teething! The rash is from the huge amount of saliva he is producing, plus when they are teething they often get diaper rash. Increased acidity - both the cheek rash and diaper rash. The not sleeping is the discomfort of the teeth. My paediatrician suggested that I make sure that I clean his cheek well, rub on a little cream, and occionally give him a little tylonel when his teeth hurt.
